As trusted consultants and advisors, The Radically Uncommon Group (RUG) helps those charged with fulfilling the public good revolutionize community building and investment by centering equity and justice in their work. By engaging in deep consultation with leaders in various agencies, Radically Uncommon assists in the assessment, development and refinement of their social justice and social equity footprint as well as determine key issues and opportunities for growth. Beyond management consulting, Radically Uncommon is home to a philanthropic giving circle (Capitalism For Good) comprised of social entrepreneurs and is also home to a collective of individuals working assiduously to combat economic injustice in historically resilient communities.

Everything For A Cause

At Everything For A Cause (EFAC), we’re just a bunch of people who believe that people anywhere and everywhere deserve justice! We find innovative ways to raise awareness around and support for social justice issues. Through partnering with local community based organizations, EFAC curates social experiences that provide a safe and celebratory space for the attendees while proceeds go towards the partnering organization. In the future, EFAC wil launch an e-commerce project that seeks to fund grassroots, social justice projects. The proceeds from everything sold will go towards funding social justice causes around the world.

Brick City Drag is a brunch experience for the diva obsessed. The ALL-YOU-CAN-DRINK, ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT affair is set to be a whole vibe and mood. As a social experience curated by Everything For A Cause (EFAC) in partnership with legendary drag performer Alisha Day (@Alishdayqueen) of Newark, NJ, Brick City Drag raises funds for various LGBTQ+ movements looking to effect change for the communities they serve.
